New Cylindrical Ribbon Blender
Heinz Feibert, Product Manager today announced the completion of a new 100 Cu. Ft. Cylindrical Blender.
The new blender incorporates a Paddle Type agitator to permit its use for a wide range of batch sizes. The paddle agitator design allows a user to blend relatively small batches when compared to a ribbon design. This machine has a working capacity of 100 cu. ft. and is driven by a 100 HP motor drive. A special right angle reducer design was used to conserve plant floor-space. Wetted parts of this blender are in type 304 stainless steel, however the unit is available in carbon steel, 316 stainless steel and in special alloys.
Charles Ross and Son manufactures Paddle Blenders for batch or continuous operation in either industrial or sanitary construction. All units are custom built to meet the specific needs of each individual user. Ross blenders are available in many sizes from 1/2 cu.ft. to 515 cu. ft. capacities. Ross maintains a 5 cu. ft. machine in its Test and Development Center for clients evaluation prior to purchase.
