Ross Announces Redesign of Laboratory PowerMix
Bill Alhofen, Product Manager today announced the redesign of the line of the Laboratory PowerMix. The new line designated as the "PDM" is available in standard 1/2, 2 and 4 gallon working capacities.
The new model includes several design enhancements. All components are shrouded for safety and to enhance the overall look of the unit. Included as standard features are many components that were once offered as optional features:
- Power lifts that raise and lower the mix can to the mix and discharge positions - Self contained control panel, single point hook-up - Three standard agitator designs - Expanded speed range, constant torque drive - V-belt reduction drive, higher and lower speed ranges - Many new safety features such as two handed raise and lower controls - Close tolerance mix can/hood registration and close stirrer/can clearances The "PDM" Model is also available with a new range of optional features including sanitary designs and special benches.
