Ross Ships 1000 Gallon Sanitary Mixers
Ross recently shipped two special 1000 gallon sanitary mixers to an international pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
The two dual shaft units included independently operated variable speed anchor agitators and high speed dispersers. The anchor also included scrapers to maximize heat transfer provided by the jacketed mix vessel. Additional features included: Stainless steel type 316 construction Internal pressure to 50 psi Vacuum operation Special mechanical seals on shafts Hydraulic lift to remove agitators from mix vessel 60 psi insulated jacket on mix vessel Inline SLIM solids-liquids-injection-system Full controls
